4 out of 5 starsItem arrived late because of shipping issue (I think USPS lost it, not the sellers fault) overall the item is what I expected regarding quality and what I intended to use them for. A quick and inexpensive "claw" option for those unsure if they want to invest in a more pricy set. Customer service took a bit because I did order during the holidays, which is to be expected

Also I've noticed even after wearing it for hours the chain doesn't migrate much and the red gems are still right where they should be without constant adjustment. Looks great and feels great!

Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders require a bit more creation/processing time. So please allow an additional few days for your custom order to be made before shipping. If you need it by a specific date, please let me know ahead of time.
Shipping times
All orders have different processing times, please see the shipping tab on each item page for creation or processing time.
If you need your order sooner, please message me with the date it is needed to make sure it can be made and shipped within the timeframe asked for, add a note on the order with the date it is needed by, AND purchase upgraded shipping during checkout to receive your order faster. Rush creation time is included with upgraded shipping (your order will be prioritized ahead of standard mail orders to be made quicker).
Standard shipping will ship within the item's processing timeframe.
